I Need a Little Help with the sounds...

i was just wondering if there is anyway that i can change it back to the default sounds? I installed some funny sounds and I have no idea how to set them back. All I want is the default sounds without losing my information. Does anyone know?

Start-Settings-Personal Tab-Sounds & Notifications-Notifications tab....
Then choose what sound you want to change in the drop down menu.....
