Looking for today plugin reg edit

I cant seem to find the registry edit that unlocks the today plugin. I know its HKLM/software/Microsoft/today/items......But i dont know which reg to change to unlock it. Im trying to put phone alarm light on top of spb mobile shell.

Thanks! apperciate it, it was killing me I was one sub folder away and didnt want to start changing a bunch to find it.
