there is a pagepool changer lurking somewhere out there, ghettofreeryder has it included in his kitchen, in the ruu folder

I attached the page pool changer.
Extract the exe, then run it. It will prompt you for the ROM file. Point it to the nbh file (normally named "RUU_signed.nbh"). Now you can adjust the page pool to your liking. -s
