Thanks to OLDSAP for coming up with this great app, then did a little tweaking to it for me. Along with GIMPDOG who put it together in a cab file, on the 2nd page. I think you will enjoy.

for those not willing to click the link without knowing what it is, it is a program that will automatically turn on the speakerphone in call.
