download content error

i assume everyone gets the application error when opening java to get new apps, content, etc..

anyone know if this is something sprint is working on or did they add a feature to the phone that is useless by not working?

i went to a sprint store and tried the touch their and it also had the same issue..im just looking for a way to run mycast on it... worth the $4/mo. charge. anyone know how to install my-cast on the touch?
