How do you uninstall a program?

Hi, newbiw here. I've been researching for hours and can't seem to find out out how to uninstall a program. I installed WeatherPanel on my SD Card and can't seem to delete the program. I want to install it on my phone memory because I'm guessing the shortcut button in the Today menu can be used to launch the program if I install it there. Am I right? TIA!

Weather panel will work from the sd card, so that wont matter...
But to uninstall apps do:

Start:Settings:System:Remove Programs

Thank you so much! I feel like such a dummy. Been searching for HOURS!!! How do you launch it from the tab buttons?

I know your new, but not being mean, i have no idea what your talking about...
The today screen?
Are you talking about putting it in spb mobile shell?
Or are you talking about the HTC Home plugin weather tab?

Yep, the today screen. Currently it's just like out of the box. It has Home, Weather, Quick Launch, and Profiles. I want to make the weather icon launch WeatherPanel. I have the program installed and I can't evan figure out how to launch the program the regular way. Any help would be appreciated. TIA.

Im almost 100% sure you cant make that tab launch weather panel...
You can however put weather panel on your today screen...
After its installed, go to:
Start:Settings:Personal:Today:Items Tab:
And select weather panel... That will make it show on your home screen...

This lets you customize the htc home plugin

How do you launch Weatherpanel if you don't want to put it on your Today Screen? I went to Programs and don't see a icon for that program. I installed HTC Customizer and Mobile Shell. I would like WeatherPanel to come up like Blaqdymun's screen.
