Today Screen/vert scroll bar after closing Sprint TV

After closing Sprint TV, in fullscreen mode, and returning to the Today Screen with HTC Theme, there's a ghosting of the vertical scroll bar - like the Today Screen doesn't fully refresh. I dont' have enuff information on the Today Screen to warrant a vert scroll bar, but when switching from widescreen to normal it shows up for a second then dissapears, but leaves a 'ghost' vertical scroll bar image. I have changed the width of the vert scroll bar via reg edit changes, but this only seems to happen when closing Sprint TV....any ideas on how I can fix this?

This is a common issue with Windows Mobile, if you have any plugins that you can reduce by a pixel or two that may help at the time of re-draw.

If not, going to Settings - Today - Items, and then selecting and un-selecting an item will force the Today screen to re-draw and make the ghost bar disappear.
