Adding programs into ROM

I have flashed my Touch with No2Chem's 6.1 rom and I love it but it is missing a lot of the programs I need.

Does anyone know a write up or at least point me in the right direction on how I can merge my programs with No2Chem's rom?

What programs? Last I heard that ROM was based on the Sprint stock ROM, so if you have a Sprint Touch you shouldn't be missing anything that you didn't install afterwards.

Also, when a ROM is "missing" apps, you don't "merge" them into the ROM unless you want to go back and cook yourself a ROM based on the clean one with the apps you want... you can basically look for the apps you want and install them manually.

Well Touch Flo is missing, voice dial is missing..... I thought they were included in the new rom, guess I was wrong.

I tryed to down to the original, in the unlocker, or the sprint version, and no joy.

I too would like these back.
