Size of menu listings

Hello,
Does anyone know of a way to increase the size of the menu's on the Touch (when hitting the bottom menu buttons)? I am hoping there is a way to increase them to make them a little more thumb/finger friendly. Often I select an incorrect menu listing unless I use the stylus.
