Problem with Program and Settings button On Start Menu (WM6.1)

I posted this in the WM6.1 thread but its getting quite large and I'm not sure if people can see this...

My "Programs" and "Settings" button on the Start Menu do not work anymore (happened twice after two hard reset). Is there anything in the registry that can be changed to map these two buttons to the correct path?
