Help! Problems with syncing my Touch
Hey guys,
I'm getting so frustrated. I had to hard reset my phone because something I installed messed up my settings. After resetting my phone for some reason I can't sync my Touch with my Mac anymore. I use the MissingSync program on my mac. Does anyone else experience this issue? MissingSync shows my phone being connected, but when I push synchronize, all my contacts won't synchronize onto my phone! How can I make missingsync transfer everything? Thanks so much! Make sure your Touch's ID is the same as it was before. When you hard reset, your device's ID gets reset back to WM_Owner or something like that.
Go to Start>Settings>System Tab>About, then go to the Device ID tab and make sure it is the same as what Missing Sync is used to.
