How to install cab files

Hey, I'm a super noob when it comes to ppc's.

I want to add weatherpanel to my touch, but I have NO idea how to do this. Can someone please explain step by step?

I tried searching but became overwhelmed. Thanks for your help!

cab file u transfer to the device and then jsut click on them and choose ur install location and then ur done...simple as cake

To expand on Spencer's answer:

1. Download the zip files that you come across (e.g., WeatherPanel). This is best done on your pc.

2. Unzip the zip file and there will be a .cab file inside.

3. Hook up your ppc to your pc via ActiveSync.

4. Drag and drop the .cab file to your ppc.

5. On your ppc navigate to the .cab file that you moved.

6. Tap on the .cab file to begin installation (follow on-screen instructions)

7. After complete installation you can delete the .cab file from your ppc.

That's it.

I'm having trouble getting my touch to sync with my computer. So I loaded it by putting it on the memory card. Thanks! Now I have to figure out how to make it look like this...
