well i am new to the ppc world and do not know much about computers other that turning them on.

any how i am looking to change my htc touch phone up a little bit, i have seen some nice skins and the iphone interface .

what i do not know is how do you apply these to the phone?

got the phone today so its not been moded yet!

do i need to sync to my computer or something first, down load files to pc and then transfer ?
also wher do you put them on the phone and how do you apply them once yu have them on the phone?
