RSS Newsfeed

There are so many RSS feeders available. What do the veterans on here recommend for the newbies that want a newsfeed.

I like to use newsbreak myself. It has a nice today plugin that doen't take up too much room. You could set it to auto update and you could set it notify you when new updates are received.

I've tried Insight, but I ended up going with Egress. Egress has a ton of options, including the ability to deal with newsgator/google reader subscriptions and it's actively developed. However, due to the Touch's propensity for memory card corruption, I did change it so that it only downloads on demand.

As of January all of Newsgator's rss readers (Feed Demon on Win, NetNewsWire on Mac, and NewsGator Go) are now completely free. I need to try out the mobile version, but I've liked NetNewsWire for a while now.
