I do not even have S2U2. I have not seen a pattern as to when it starts happening so it's tough to track it down really.

I am experiencing this problem as well. No I do not have S2U2 installed, but a series of other apps. like sk tools, resco explorer, pcm keyboard, TomTom, Weatherpanel, Opera mobile and Audio manager. I've had these apps on my phone for a while now and just started encountering this problem yesterday.
