Bluetooth Question on the Sprint Touch

I've been noticing as of late that when my phone rings and I have a bluetooth set synched with the phone that while my custom ringer plays on the phone all I'm getting through the bluetooth headset is the generic ringer. Back when I was using the Moto Q whatever ringer I had set on the phone would also play through the bluetooth headset so why is it not doing this on the Touch which is running a newer version of WM??

Also I've been having a strange problem as of late that when someone calls me and I answer the phone even though I have a bluetooth headset turned on and synched to the phone it will not answer through that headset but instead on the phone itself. I then have to go into the menu while on the call and select the option to turn on hands free. Why is this??

I have never had a WM device (Treo 700wx, Mogul, Touch) play the ring tone over the the BT headset, it's always been a generic beep.

For the second issue, when you are answering the phone call, are answering it through the headset or through the device? Opposite to the 700wx, both the Mogul and the Touch would not activate the headset if I answered the call through the device. I'd have to specifically answer through the headset in order for the call no to be transferred to it.
