Recorded video doesn't play back.

I searched but to no avail for something about this. Maybe I didn't use the right search parameters or terms? Anyway, I recently took a video recording on my Touch. It didn't save to the Camera Album but to my SD card under Documents/My Videos (where I have a couple others). I tried to play it back and when Windows Media Player comes up I get this message instead of the video:

No combination of intermediate filters could be found to make the connection

WTF?? It used to work before! I checked the settings and the Capture Format is set to MPEG4 (the other options are H.263, 3GPP2 and Motion JPEG). I tried switching to Motion JPEG with the same results.
