Having trouble with 1X/EVDO?

Since I've had my Touch, if the EV icon was displaying on top of the screen, I couldn't connect to the internet.....was having to wait until it switched to 1X.............if you're having a similar issue, *2, Technical Support, PDA........did that this morning and they had to re-provision my account/phone..........everything is fine now.

I have the same problem, but it is from living on the edge of EVDO coverage. My EVDO signal is -100db (0-1 bar) and my 1X is -66db (full bars). Sprint needs to hurry it up and finish install EVDO in my area.

i had this problem as well... re-provisioning didnt work.. i called customer support, and she walked me through.... #data#... then edit... and she had me erase my vision info... reset it... it powered down... and that was that... up and running no problem now...
i kept getting 67 reg error, and 1012 errors... what she did, fixed it...
all is well now (i had to call 4 times.. the first three didnt have a clue what to do... they kept re-provisioning.. and telling me it would take 4 hours... as soon as i would hang up, it would say, re-provisioning... and still not work...)

when i do a ##debus, it it says authenticated...
you need to do a ##3282#, enter unlock code and have your HDR reset... it will populate automatically upon reboot...
that fixed it for me... reprovisioning the first 3 times (i told them it wasnt working, didnt stop them) did nothing...

i don't remember very well, what i do is...
##data#
Edit
then clicking on MENU, and this is where it gets fuzzy... hitting clear all vision ino??? or clear... i forget...
but it clears it all, and then without warning, restarts your phone...
if you have your MSL number, go where i said, it should become very clear....
