Change boot screens?

I used the official Bell ROM update. I just used the setup and it overwrote my boot screen.

Even if I used the RUU to move back to the Sprint or the Alltel ROM, I still get a fugly Bell screen after the initial HTC screen. After the Bell screen, it then would show the sprintspeed screen and then the windows mobile screen.

Is there a way to remove that screen so that it would go directly to the sprintspeed screen?

Carrier (EXE)upgrades change: bootloaders, radios, OS, and splash screens

custom (nbh) upgrades change whatever they were made to. Generally mine are JUST OS, but it could have others as well.

If you want to go back to stock run the shipped carrier update for your device. if you don't want things to change, don't run teh carrier updates of others, just use the nbh ones.

I ran the Sprint update that you had, but I haven't came across an official Sprint update to remove that Bell screen. Just to make sure I'm not a n00b, I checked the cd that came with the phone.

Does this just mean that I will have to tough it out until Sprint releases an official update?
