I used Clear Storage and wiped out all my programs. Is there any way to get them back? ie: do they go to a delete folder ?

Clear storage is the same as hard restting your device. You will need to reinstall any third party programs and settings you had - or if you were using a backup utility such as SPB backup, you can reinstall it via the backup.

Do you have a HTC Touch? Mine does not come with that clear storage crap on it (Bell HTC Touch).

I have a Sprint HTC Touch. I did use a backup utiity but it didn't backup my third party programs. Thanks for the feedback.
