Looking for the spil icons for weatherpanel

I have spent a while looking and have not found them, the posts look old and do not show files attached. Also can I just use them to change the icons on the today screen as how I have them set-up?

Ok, after 4 hours I finally got them, if anyone needs them I can pm you the cab.

Are they animated? If so PM me the .cab if they're not, don't bother.

They are not... But I think they where supposed to be?
