GPS Question
I have a Sprint Touch working on a different carrier other than Sprint. Anyone know if the update will enable working gps on my phone? I had heard that it was a aGPS type system which uses towers and gps to determine your location. Any comments would be helpful. I am currently using a holux gps receiver with no issues but it would be nice to not have to carry it around when I want to use Tom Tom.

The update will enable GPS, aGPS most likely... however, the update will be released in the form of a Sprint ROM. So you can either flash to the Sprint ROM, or wait for someone to extract the GPS activation to other ROMs... IF at all possible.
