Sprint Customization

I've read that you can skip the customization after a hard reset and not have to deal with a lot of the crappy programs forced on us. But is there a way that I can selectively choose which programs to add? Basically, I am interested in holding onto the IM app, Sprint TV, Live and On Demand. I think some of them like Live and Sprint TV were installed separately so I can just reuse those files. But I'm not sure about On Demand. Anyone have some insight? Thanks!
