Still waiting for someone to come up with something concrete like a release date or even pics before I jump up and down for joy that Verizon can be competitive with the other CDMA. Otherwise, I will presume this phone is going down the same road as the XV6800 with a long and drawn out release. Thank you Verizon for being so myopic in your thinking.

Unfortunately I went to Sprint yesterday to check out the phone and now want it more than before. I am an ex-6700 user and went back to a regular phone after many issues with the 6700. Now with the possibility of the Touch for Verizon, I will definitely go back to a PDA phone....if Verizon releases it. I am willing to wait. For now I am using the EnV. blah

Verizon just got in a new smartphone that is actually smaller than my EnV (SMT5800). Unfortunately it uses the smartphone software, but if the Touch is not released I think this new phone will have to do since I refuse to go to a big giant PDA phone again (6800)...
