Does S2U2 0.96 work on your touch?

I just got the touch couple of days ago and installed S2U2 .96 since I live on outskirts of sprint coverage and my phone wakes up on its own a lot. It doesn't run when i turn the phone on. 0.86 works fine but I really like animated gif background option of .96. All the settings are okay.

Works on mine. The animated .gif's are great & A/C solved the issue with device lock!

Any one know how to change the color of the text for the date that appears under the clock? I've not been able to find an answer to this, though I've been able to change the date format (adding the year) by making a change in the registry.

i had this same problem but is not really S2u2 problem. i almost deleted it until i found the solution. S2U2 0.96 comes with a built in software that stop it from launching if u r using certain software. it comes by default with (internet explorer, voice comand and another software i forgot which) this can be done by going to the registry and inserting any software u want. when i had internet explore running in the background S2U2 would not work but i wasn't aware about this until i read the read me file. i went into the registry and disable it. this option is good if u like certain program working, maybe a navigation software or recording software but to me there's no use for it now. now it works everytime.

Which registry edit did you change in order to allow s2u2 to still work even if IE is open?

alright do this. use resco registry or other registry software.
HKCU/software/A_C/S2U2/ "ExceptionEXE0 default software is Iexplore.exe you can edit that to no software (edit it to a blank) or replace to any software u want S2u2 not to lauch,

you will see the entire list of EXCEPTIONEXE0, 1, 2, 3, etc. up to 9 to insert any software u want S2u2 to be disable while u are using it. The problem with this is that even if u are running the software in the background and u r not aware u might think that S2u2 is not working but is just doing what is suppost to (not to launch while that software is active) so my advice is to disable it if u do not want this feature.
