WM6 Messaging App Heavily Leaking Memory?

Hey all,

I'm wondering if anybody else is seeing their WM6 mail app leaking memory?

I have about 100 texts and 25 emails, and the program is using almost 21MB of memory! After restarting it, uses around 100KB, but it'll be back up in the megabytes after just a few hours.

Anybody else seeing this?

just wondering what device are you using this happesn on my apaceh sometimes but i run oxios hibernate and oxios close apps and it fixes it up pretty fast...this would be new if it was on the touch but maybe not on the mgul alot of people claim to have memory leaks with the mogul

It does seem that the messaging(tmail.exe) app uses a lot of memory, more on the Touch than it did on my treo. I am not as high as 21mb but it does eat up more memory everytime te app is accesses by replying to sms or even composing new sms (even if the app is left open in the background). I am using a TOUCH as well

I'm having the same issues as well. I only have about 150 sms in my inbox (prob. about the same in the sent mail) and about 15 in my outlook inbox.

It's using about 10MB at the moment. I would be crying if I was on the Mogul, but it's not that bad on the Touch. It's still kinda aggervating that it's happening though.

Yeah, I'm a new convert from a Mogul to the Touch. I don't remember the Mogul's messaging app using nearly this much memory though.

The good thing is that Sprint demanded more memory be added to the Touch before they even released it so that us Touch users dont even notice any negative effects caused from lack of memory whether it be RAM or storage. I must agree though that it is annoying just knowing that it takes up that much room.
