Delete email accounts

I did a hard reset, and went back in to set up my gmail email account in messaging but it says i need to pick a unique email account name - for some reason it must have hung onto the gmail account name after reseting and using sprite backup to re-install My Documents type stuff. Anyone know where i can find this to delete it, rather than having a "Gmai" account or something weird?
