The application is in the rar. First you have to unrar it useing winrar or some other program then just run the application inside and it should give you directions. I unzipped it just to make sure it was for the touch so I know it is.

What is with your caps?

How did flash a custom rom, yet not know how to flash a stock rom? If it is in a rar file, unrar it with winrar and assuming it is the original (non-exe file), you just flash it like normal. If it is the exe file, then just run it while the phone is attached to your computer.....

Had to use the Bell Rom, Every thing works fine. But I do not have the sprint IM applications
Caps Files, I would like to have that if someone could Rip that off there TOUCH!

Did You Try To Use The Ppc Freeware Pocket Rar On Your Touch To Unzip The File?

Download a trial copy of WinRAR from WinRAR.com. It's like WinZip, though has been around longer and is more popular esp. outside the US.
