Should we get donations rollin to get helmi started?

or does he need a touch first? or is he even interested in such a project?

what do you all think? maybe donations for his time will help to motivate him on building a touch kitchen...

that is a good question. I think that anyone that puts as much effort into something that the community will with out a doubt use is worth something. Donations always are good especially for someone that puts a lot of time into something.

I don't have a touch but do have a 6700. I use helmi's rom and if I knew where to donate for what I use, I would do it in a heart beat.

I say make a donation for cooking up a touch kitchen

correct me if i am wrong, but i remember we did this with him and the titan. did he even do anything with the titan? i dont remember seening anything.

plus i think we wont start seeing stuff like this until the offical sprint touch rom update is released. there is one out now but...

As for donating to Helmi it can always be done, but remember it's a donation not an obligation. He proved himself with the 6700 so we donated a 6800 to him. I know for a fact he would have been the first to unlock it if he recieved it in time. I'm waiting for the next set of updates from HTC for drivers etc before a kitchen base for a mogul is really even worthwhile though. I'm not sure helmi has much free time at the moment to work on a new device, so i don't want to make a thread begging people to donate to him and have them expect immediate miracles. On the other hand, if anyone wants to do this helmi has a donate link and there are people that can arrange the shipping of devices.

2 things....
1) how do we donate to hemi??? Let me know and I will donate. I use his kitchen and flash my rom on average once a month...he deserves my respect
2) what is this "rev A/gps update" you speak of that I have not heard about. (a link will suffice but you can go deeper)
