How To Hard Reset???

hOW DO I HARED RESET BECAUSE I JUS LOST EVERYTHING ON MY PHONE EVEN THE FILE EXPLORER SUMBODY HELP PLZ

Hold the talk and end buttons while doing a soft reset

Doing a hard reset will revert the phone back to the stock condition. you will lose all your personal information such as contacts email text messages etc etc

Start > Settings > Clear Storage

Yea it wont bring everything back. Just resets to factory settings. Back everything else up next time
