Silicone Skins for CDMA Touch???

Is it me or are those pictures on all those ebay listings photoshop jobs? I'm not saying that means the product is fake or that you'll have any problems (the seller has good ratings). I'm just always a bit wary of buying things on Ebay that don't have clear real world pictures....

Maybe my eyes are deceiving me though.

really isn't that big of a deal. i got a razor and trimmed it and it works great considering $12 bucks and how it fits super snug the ebay stuff isn't bad. i trimmed around the bottom to open up the two soft buttons and i opened up the speaker phone. only downside is rubber cases are more of PITA to get out of your pocket.

let me know how it is. I've always wondered if the daydeal rubber hard case could be that different then the seidio one. I mean how much better can seidio make a piece of plastiv coated with rubber spray?

Well I ordered the silicon cover (posted in my previous message) from the ebay vendor, received it and sure enough... it was for the GSM Touch.

I contacted the vendor and a week later, I received a totally different cover, in a fancier cellophane bag, brand name: Luxmo, Luxury Mobile, made in China. It fits the SPRINT (CDMA) Touch perfectly with all buttons in the right place, camera, speaker holes perfectly aligned, looks identical to the picture of the daydeal cover.

I had a different silicon cover (for a GSM Touch) that I modded to fit and it was thinner, and the silicon a bit "stickier." This one is slightly thicker (only a slight difference) and is smoother so it goes in and out of the pocket a bit easier.

Better late than never but it is nice!

Ordered it New Years Day and I just received it in the mail today (I used the free shipping option). It indeed fits the Sprint version perfectly. It doesn't interfere with the Touchflo finger slides. It can make it hard for those who have fat fingers to hit the top right (or left, if you're using it one-handed and depending on what hand you're holding it with) corner of the touch screen, but even tho my fingers are average-sized, I haven't had that problem. It doesn't cover the screen so you'll need to buy a screen protector separately. I do wish it covered more of the top right corner of the phone (where the stylus is held). It exposes too much of the chrome corner. But I'm please with it overall. I wanted it so I can carry the phone in my back pocket and with this, I think I can without worry. I give it a thumbs up.
