People who got Mogul replaced with Touch by Sprint, Please help..

I have been having terrible freezing up issues with mogul and Sprint is replacing it with Touch and they mailed it to me and I have to send Mogul back. Whoever got this done, Did you guys just send the phone or also the chargers and other things you had and also the memory card? Thanks in advance for help.

All I sent back was the phone and battery, had my Touch for about a month now!
