Problem closing Phone

I am running iLauncher and about once a day, their are about 10 phone programs running in its task manager which I cant close. Any idea how to fix this?

I also cant x out the Phone, I can only minimize it.

I could really use some help....

I restored my phone and everything was fine for about 2 days and now its happening again with installing any other software...

Any ideas???
