not likely. but they will figure you out eventually and probably cancel your data or hit you with violation of use.

you can use your phone for xbox live, I've done this using phone as modem.. connect your patch cable from 360 to computer (might need cross over depending how old your hardware is, some auto detect) and then either bridge the connection or share internet on a connection.. if I remember right its the ladder

No, you shouldn't be raped at bill time, nor should your service be cancelled.

I used my old 6700 on the $15 plan as a modem for my laptop during my split shift break at my old job. 2 hours a day, 4 days a week for about a months time. No change in my bill. I was even worried and called them to be sure and they said that if it was going through the phone, it was fine.

If you're using it for your computer and are connected non-stop, maybe it'll finally cause problems, but I doubt it. Remember you can't get calls during that time though

yeah same here - when a call would come through it would stop the internet sharing and the call would come through

Yeah, my bad there. thinking back with my 6700 I got the calls most of hte time, it just killed my connection. Still rather obnoxious if you're trying to use it as an all the time internet option
