motorola H 505

both my Co worker and i both got motorola H 505 ear pieces . i complained about how i had trouble pairing and then it won't work after pairing . my co worker had the same problem any help is greatly appreciated

normal pair way this is my third pocket pc tried both the phone finding aand the bluetooth first
