Help with icons

Hello,

I am trying to learn to create .brn icons for the Touch. I have read numerous threads...it seems the way to go is to use the the bmptobrn or brnconvert programs in http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=351551

however, when i try and run these programs on my PC my screen just flashes and nothing happens.

Your advice is greatly anticipated and appreciated.

Come On Guys Can Someone Help Us, I Want To Make My On Icons,

Sorry guys, Holidays and all. brnconvert is what I use, be sure to unzip the brnconvert.zip and then run the brnconvert.exe, then all you need to do is drag your bmp files onto the large round icon of the program.
