Mine didnt have one pre installed, i had to click a link and download it from sprint...
But it works fine for me... its lame cause its delayed cause its server side aim sms, but its nice cause it takes like NO power cause it uses sms and not data and is connected all day...

OZ uses the internet for it's IM, not SMS. It stays connected to the internet and does use power. It is instant or close to it.

Ha, no, it is aim sms that gets connected on a sprint server, so that you may bypass the 25 contact limit, and some other limits of aim sms... and it is SEVERELY delayed, at least 4-8 seconds per message... just test it... it is pretty quick with FULL signal but not so much with low signal...
It doesn't need a data connection connected CONSTANTLY... As even your aim buddy list is gotten via a service text (which you dont see)...

OZ does not work on the Mogul (6800) or the 6700, i believe it verifies device ID upon connection. I've been trying to get someone with a touch who uses OZ to work with me to mod it to run on other but can't seem to get anyone to cooperate with me. P.S. It does use SMS, it only briefly connections to the internet to contact sprint servers.
