Rom Upgrade??

I'm having alot of super annoying problems..I just got the Touch yesterday.


My AIM that comes with the phone wont work even when I use the correct login information, however, I still seem to get "user does not exist" (error code 920) or something like that.

When I tried to use Sprint TV (which is what i was trying to get when I had my mogul and it kept giving me the same errors -- "Unauthorized user. Sprint Tv will now close."

Email -- Should I configure it through Outlook or the sprint email configuring tool in programs? I use a pop email account (cox isp) -- cox.net However, once i put the appropriate settings in, I still get a server error, telling me to check my settings and coverage.


Any suggestions?? I'm kinda pissed, I swapped from my Mogul but atleast most of everything on my Mogul worked properly. Well, minus freezing and lagging...


Whats the deal?!?! Nothing on this phone seems to work right Anyone know about any of this? Thanks..!

lol when you started sprint TV for the first time it should have made you download a new cab to update the software. Did you do that?

AIM sometimes doesnt work but it works most of the time for me.

As for the email, just use the regular email settings. Go to email and tap create a new account.

Yeah, I downloaded the upgrade. Still when I started it up, it gave me the Unauthorized error and closed, I've even tried downloading other cache files from the forum with no luck. AIM has still yet to work even one time, I constantly will get a "user does not exist" when I shouldn't.

Anyone else havin some of these problems?
