Bell or Telus Touch Users - Is NVM locked in QPST?
Can someone who uses the Touch (CDMA Vogue) on Bell and Telus please check to see if your NVM folder is locked in EFS Explorer of QPST (big red circle and line through folder)
Without USB connected to PC: Dial ##3424# or ##3424 Talk This should put your phone in Diag mode. Connect usb to PC now. Open up QPST 2.7 Build 215 (I couldn't read it with Build 264) Make sure you have the PPC-6700 drivers installed. http://rapidshare.com/files/76554397...00_drivers.zip If you can't see your phone SURF7500 then click "add new port" and add the diagnostic port and your should see your phone come up. In the upper menu under Start Clients click EFS Explorer. You should see a bunch of folders. The one I need to know about is EFS explorer. Can you see if its locked. Thanks in advance.

You will need other PST tools to do such a thing. QPST will not allow it.
