my speaker volume was very low with this file. I thought it stopped working altogether until i listed very closely. Not sure what may have gone wrong. I replaced the csv with the orig file and the speaker came back to life. EDIT, nvm. I didn't use the file on this page, I used the one from the pdaphonehome. The TOUCH version posted here is correct.

This is an amazing hack for the speakerphone however for me it almost totally eliminates the MS Voice Command speaker announcement on my Vogue. The bluetooth announcement was untouched.

Anyone been able to make both items work?

loaded total commander and see the file but it seems to be stuck in the rom. I can't rename/move or anything. Is there some unlocker I need to do first or what?

No mine is definitly louder. On both the earpiece and the speaker. Infact I have to turn it down to the last notch or 2nd to last notch. Same goes for my ring volume, which is really loud. I could always swap it out with an mp3 which would probably bring it down.

As for distortion, the earpiece I don't get anything noticeable. The speaker I do get some when I turn the volume all the way up, it just too loud. But that could also be the ringer. Which again would probably be better with an mp3. So other than now keeping my volume on lower settings, this works great. Rather have it loud than not hearing someone.

I do agree with the Voice command being way low. Could use a fix for that and I would like to increase my bluetooth volume too.

Anyone notice if the vibrate volume is any louder with this? I'm really looking for a way to get that.

Thanks!

Yeah. that's what I meant. I wish there were a way of doing that. (short of putting it right next to my ear. Probably wouldn't wake me anyway

I'm not saying it will work but when i used the attached program (scenario.exe) which switch the phone between different profile like outdoor, meeting etc and from the setting pushed the slider all the way to the end, my ringer volume went so hight that i had to bring it down back one notch.

Again, no guarantee it does or not increase the ringer volume but in my case it seems it did.

Did anybody have poor Bluetooth quality after using this?

This file worked perfect for increasing the level of both the speaker and the headset speaker, but I am beginning to think my bluetooth quality is pretty crappy. Think I might roll back to the previous version to see if it makes a difference.
