Increasing earpiece volume on Touch

Does anyone know if there's a registry setting to increase the earpiece volume on the Touch?

My Bluetooth Headset is fine, but if I have to actually put the phone to my ear I can hardly hear the person talking if I'm in a noisy environment. And yes, I have the volume all the way up.

I know there was a registry setting for the Q that would let you adjust the volume just a little bit, and it worked, but it seems like that was a Motorola
