My carrier is a local business and now I don't know how to fix my phone

I have a MP6900 Vogue it was running 6.1 and I unlocked it, and tried to flash a rom that was 6.5.
After that it would always stall at the smart mobility screen.
I googled and followed guides that said to update my radio to a different one. I updated it to a vogue_3.42.30, and now it says no radio.

So I have 2 questions!
My carrier is called Inland Cellular and I remember something about UTStarcom. so what carrier would I choose from the CAB's and such.

AND
How/is it possible to fix my phone? =/

anytime you have issues like this, flashing back to stock is always the best 1st step... that will put eveything in working order again.. especially since stock roms usually include the stock radio again..

and its probably good theyre closed.. if you walked in and said, "i tried to flash my phone, now it doesnt work", theyd probably tell you the warranty is VOID now and send you on your way anyways..

Re: My carrier is a local business and now I don't know how to fix my phone

I guessed that lol. My question is what stock rom would I use? Does it matter if I use like the sprint one when my carrier is not sprint?
Thank you so much for you help!
---New Info---
I got my phone to turn on! I ended up trying a Hutch rom and it turns on and I can call and everything!
BUT
There is a new problem? If my phone goes into standby or I press the power button on the top it it will not turn back on and I have to do a soft reset!

Is it because I am using a rom from another country? I'm happy it works now but if I don't keep pressing the screen I keep having to restart!

Is your phone a Vogue Touch or is it a Dupod Touch? Have you tried the generic ROM. It can be located @ Shipped ROMs alot of good ROM's there all shipped and original carrier.
