Dedicated Touch Battery Charger

Has anyone tried this charger?

It looks perfect, it has built in fold out prongs, and a USB port for charging something else at the same time (could be an iPod, or even the battery inside the Touch itself using the mini USB cable).

Was wondering if anyone has this charger and if there are any problems.
