Microsoft voice command on HTC 6900 Issues

Yes the noobie post again. looking for some direction for installing voice command in my Sprint HTC Touch 6900 aka vougu100 and bieng able to launch the app from my bluetooth headset. Any help would be mucho appreciatio. Advice, directio, or link or if there is a forum topic that has addressed the issue. I have looked thru the forum but there is a lot of threads.
