how do i get real ringtones and calltones on my touch

you have to put a non windows device on your account to get the call tones.. then after your done setting them up you can put the touch back on and your set to go

is there an actual tutorial on how to do this? I do not see why I can't even go to the Sprint store via sprint.com and purchase calltones for my phone legally
