microsoft voice command

I recently installed microsoft voice command 1.6 in my htc 6900 Sprint touch but i can't get it to work it always give me the message "voice command has encountered a problem. Restart voice command and try again." the assigned button is the camera button press and hold.

Anyone know how to solve this problem
