Noob question regarding making a skin file

In the thread below they list an I phone skin

Now my issue is the version 3.8 has a skin file,
but the version 4.0 is just all the png and ini not in a skin file.

I was able to copy over and use the 3.8 version because it was in a skin file.
How do I put all the version 4.0 items in a skin file like 3.8. I tried searching and just cant figure it out.

On the link you posted download the first file attached (iPhone_Bigger_keys.zip). It seems to be the skin file for 4.0, it's just not named that way. The ccreation dates are just a few days off.
