Freezing on the Sprint Touch

For some reason my Sprint Touch doesn't seem to like when I turn off the phone feature, or turn it completely off. I did that last night and it took 3 soft resets this morning before the touch screen would respond. I suspect it had to do with Windows Live trying to sync as well as my email because the pinwheel was spinning nonstop. All in all though I still love this phone. I just won't turn it off anymore, lol
