Does anyone use Sony LocationFree streaming TV to ppc?

I just got a deal on Sony LocationFree LF-B10 device but got stuck in the initial setup. LocationFree is basically Slingbox type of device which you can hook up to the media source at home and broadcast it to your ppc or computer.

The thing is I'm using TWC standard cable, and my TVs don't have A/V output; while the Sony device doesn't have a coaxial input and relies on S-video or RCA cables to get input from the media source. It would be straightforwad if you want to stream Tivo or VCR/DVR which have those outputs. Does anyone use this device and could you please show me the easiest way to stream TV to my Touch? BTW I don't know what type of PPC software this device use, from google, it only shows that Access (Palm company) has the agreement with Sony to develop the handheld client.

Btw, I do have a DVD player with S-video/RCA outputs, but I really can't find a way to output the TV signal based on my situation now.
