Is there a certaint order you have to follow when installing the files?
i first installed the Files4GSM.zip then iCubeIcons.zip and finally iCubeV1_11.zip
The weird thing is the links on the cube work, only the icons and animations are not on the cube (altough they are installed and present).
so i end up with a black 4 sided cube with the names of the links to the app's?
Can anyone tell my what I'm doing wrong or how to fix this?

Unfortunately the Touch Dual has a completely different way of using the Biotouch Program.

But FORTUNATELY for YOU Someone has ported the iCube (sort of) over to the Touch Dual. Check it out here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...9&postcount=25

i think i need major help
does anyone have a more step by step instruction
i read post 4 but i just cant seem to get it to work

Alright, let's start with the basics. Answer these questions and follow the steps.

1. What kind of phone do you have?

A. Sprint Touch - download the zip on post 4 (iCubeCAB V1_11.zip) to your phone, when it opens and shows iCube.cab, hit Menu and choose Extract. Then tap on the cab once it is extracted to run the cab and install the cube.

B. Bell Touch - Same as above.

C. Touch Dual - Follow the link in my post right above this one

D. Other Touch - What brand of touch do you have?

E. Other Phone - What kind of phone do you have?

:-D Not a problem! :-D

That's what this forum is for!

Let me know if you need any more help.

Also, for everyone else, I wouldn't get too comfortable with the iCube.
The Mac Cube is coming, and boy oh boy is it going to be a doozy!

have loaded the CAB no change in anything just running slower.....
there was no extract, i just clicked and it ran.

Did it tell you to reset your device?

This is the way it should install:

1. A pop-up will say something like "This Cab created by..."; click ok

2. It will ask you where you would like to install the cab. Choose Device. It will not work if installed on the Storage Card.

3. A progress bar should be at the top of the screen. Keep the screen on by touching it occasionally.

4. When the CAB has finished installing it should give a message like "This CAB requires that you reset your device. Press OK to reset. Press OK and your phone will reset.

This CAB is just a skin for the built-in HTC Cube. If your Cube was not working right to begin with, then this CAB will not fix it.

Also, if you have installed any other Cube Skins you should have uninstalled them before running the iCube CAB.

If something different is happening for you (other than what I described) please tell me in detail what is going on.

everything you say should be happening just slightly differnt
i do not get a prompt to select where to install it installs on the device automatically my icube folder that it installs is just two files an animation and icons , no cube, maybe im missing a step..or just slow lol

so far today i have also installed the total commander like i messaged you about earlier

i am removing both from my device and am going to try again from scratch

I think you are installing the icon package. You need to install the second file listed in post 4.

Does anyone know the path for the default lock in the HTC Vogue? I would like to use the default lock instead of the slide with the iCube.

Pixie 02-08-2008 01:01 PM

thanks for the help.
Is there a path to changes between profiles?
i already found "Windows\Mute.exe" which set the phone to vibrate only.
But how can i get it back to normal (ringing) through the icube?

Is there a way to show the 'segoe bold grey shaded' time (from the HTC Home customiser)
on the today screen in any other way without the 'HTC Home'
Beacauls with the icube installed i only need the Time from the 'HTC Home'
(and to change between profiles, see above)
